Job Summary
An American privately owned multinational computer technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Salesforce.com Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end delivery of a Salesforce.com project
- Conduct onsite assessments that shall involve gathering requirements from the customer and documenting the requirement specifications
- Create project plans with detailed task distribution and execute projects using Agile as well as Waterfall methodologies to ensure the project is delivered on time and beyond customer expectations
Required Skills:
- Undergraduate degree and 4+ years, or Graduate degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years in implementing Salesforce.com solutions
- Experience in conducting onsite assessments that shall involve gathering requirements from the customer and documenting the requirement specifications
- Experience in creating project plans and executing projects using Agile as well as Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in designing and implementing solutions by mapping customers business processes to Salesforce.com features like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com and Salesforce1
- Experience in integrating Salesforce.com with other systems using middle-wares like Dell Boomi, TIBCO etc. and direct API calls
