Job Summary

An information and technology services and staffing company is seeking a Remote Same Day Surgery Coder.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and check for CCI bundling edits as well as NCD/LCD edits
  • Ensure mod 25 is attached to the E/M. The level of service is assigned by the provider
  • Use Epic and 3M Systems

Position Requirements Include:

  • Experience in coding for Mohs/Dermatology minor procedures
  • Experience with both CPTs and modifiers
  • Experience with CCI bundling edits as well as NCD/LCD edits
  • Technical Info: Hardwired, high speed internet; dual screen
  • Proficient in both professional and hospital billing
