Job Summary
A professional services company is seeking a Remote SAP Customer Relationship Management Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Collaborating with technical team and take ownership of enhancements, bug fixing and defects
- Handling support tickets based on the priority
- Operating as the SAP CRM Consultant in monitoring and resolving incidents
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience in SAP CRM Billing, Middleware and good understanding of SD order management
- Must be able to provide after-hours support as needed
- Proven record of hands-on experience with SAP CRM/SD support
- Ability to troubleshoot CRM Service issues and solve problems
- Strong subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for SAP CRM business processes
- 7+ years of SAP functional experience on SAP CRM and its integration to other SAP systems
