Job Summary

A professional services company is seeking a Remote SAP Customer Relationship Management Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaborating with technical team and take ownership of enhancements, bug fixing and defects
  • Handling support tickets based on the priority
  • Operating as the SAP CRM Consultant in monitoring and resolving incidents

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience in SAP CRM Billing, Middleware and good understanding of SD order management
  • Must be able to provide after-hours support as needed
  • Proven record of hands-on experience with SAP CRM/SD support
  • Ability to troubleshoot CRM Service issues and solve problems
  • Strong subject matter expertise on SAPs best practices for SAP CRM business processes
  • 7+ years of SAP functional experience on SAP CRM and its integration to other SAP systems
