Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company is in need of a Remote SAP Human Capital Management Configurer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting business by developing technical and business solutions
  • Identifying solutions based on business and technical criteria
  • Researching current and emerging technologies

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's in a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, technical certifications, or experience
  • 10+ years of professional IT experience
  • Security Clearance Level: NACI (T1) (obtain & maintain)
  • Strong knowledge in SAP HCM HR modules including OM/PA, eCareer, EHS
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools such as VersionOne
  • Knowledge of and experience in an IT Service management System (preferably ServiceNow)
