Job Summary
A managed cloud computing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SAP Senior Basis Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Formulating and monitoring policies, procedures and standards relating to database management
- Reading and interpreting monitoring stats and tune SAP systems for optimal performance
- Proposing and implementing enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- In depth knowledge of SAP supported virtualized environments
- Detailed knowledge of supported SAP operating systems
- Understand advanced database, application, and server technologies
- Advanced knowledge of high availability, Disaster Recovery solutions and database systems architectural design
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of performance tuning at the server, database, and application levels
