A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote SAP SuccessFactors Member in Bentonville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Being the Subject matter expert on SuccessFactors Compensation Management
- Doing the required configurations in the system
- Contributing in preparing test plans and testing
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience as HCM Consultant
- Worked on minimum 2 end to end SuccessFactors implementations or support projects
- SuccessFactors Certified consultant in Compensation and Variable Pay
- Hands on experience in Maintaining Configuration Workbooks, and configuring XML data models
- Hands on experience in Workflow Definitions and RBP definitions
- In depth understanding of SF data processes and reporting
