Job Summary

An accounting services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Sarbanes Oxley Compliance Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Connecting with clients across the country in need of your expertise
• Performing Quality of Earnings Preparation
• Engaging Corporate Strategy and Deal Analysis

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA strongly preferred
• Previous Transaction Advisory experience at the Manager level
• Financial due diligence at the Manager level or above
• Previous experience in public accounting and/or at a consulting firm preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
