Job Summary
A business process solution has a current position open for a Remote SAVP Digital Solution Center Products and Platforms.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Initiate, analyze, specify and verify business requirements
- EXL is hiring a SAVP Digital Solution Center Products and Platforms Act as a bridge between Client, Business and Technology teams
- Apply knowledge of technology, application, methodologies, processes and tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Can monitor/resolve/escalate issues to the Senior Leadership Team or delays pertaining to the client Implementation
- Able to Work closely with the offshore managers & team to provide a clear understanding of the Client requirements
- Can be the Technology Point of Contact for the client implementation
- Able to organize daily, weekly & monthly status calls with the clients and internal stakeholders
