Job Summary

A human resources software developer is in need of a Remote Scaled Customer Success Manager in San Francisco.

Must be able to:

  • Drive customer adoption of key features and best practices
  • Measure impact and prioritize CX lifecycle events
  • Support renewals, cross-sales, and escalations

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, account management, or sales management
  • 2+ years of management experience; passion for supporting and guiding a team’s growth and career progress and job performance
  • Expertise in CSM toolset and outreach automation; product mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
