A consumer lending firm has an open position for a Remote Scenario Desk and Underwriting Training Manager in Cincinnati.

Must be able to:

• Represent the company culture in all facets
• Manage underwriting scenario desk, ensuring accurate, timely responses
• Assist with income calculation requests

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 5 + years of mortgage industry experience
• Prior management and/or leadership experience
• Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, FHA guidelines and exception policies
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Remote management experience
