Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into scheduling and billing software for incoming surgical cases
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and conflicts through communication with relevant parties
• Notify providers of their daily schedules and collaborate with other divisions for coverage needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of medical practices and terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and overtime as needed
