Remote Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into scheduling and billing software for surgical cases received from various sources
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information through communication with facilities and surgeon office staff
• Notify providers of daily schedules and collaborate with other divisions for coverage needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of medical practices and terminology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed
