Job Summary

A staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Scheduler and Virtual Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments via phone and email
  • Respond to emails/calls within one hour
  • Participate in team conference calls

Qualifications Include:

  • Able to seamlessly navigate between email, call log and other tools and apps
  • Able to talk on phone for 1-4 hours at a time with no interruptions
  • Computer skills, proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Desktop or laptop with current antivirus protection
  • High Speed and secure internet connection
  • Good landline or cell phone connection
