A software-as-a-service company is seeking a Remote Schedules Team Software Engineering Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing a distributed team of highly motivated engineers
- Collaborating with the team on setting the product and technical roadmaps
- Working with engineering, product, and UX stakeholders to facilitate project delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven track record of leading teams to deliver high impact work for the business
- Have an aptitude for managing full-stack teams
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and technologies, and software development lifecycle
- Experience managing healthy, happy and high achieving teams
- Deep understanding of Agile principles
