A workforce management software company has a current position open for a Remote Scheduling and Forecasting Service Planning Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering outstanding support for Professional Services resources
- Translating the features and functionality in a given product or release
- Ensuring information gleaned is strategically shared and properly consumed
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3 years experience working in and/or supporting a Global Professional Services and Support organization
- Experience developing and sharing product requirements
- Domain experience in Retail, Manufacturing or Healthcare scheduling preferred
- Experience with new products, releases and services
- Extensive knowledge in Kronos core strategic product offering
