Job Summary
Managing customer orders from onboarding through installation, the full-time Remote Scheduling Coordinator will engage in consistent communication with customers and internal teams while ensuring timely service delivery in a detail-oriented and organized manner.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and installation of customer orders
- Maintain consistent inbound and outbound communication via phone, SMS, and email
- Utilize multiple systems to track and manage order workflows and collaborate with internal teams and contractors
Required qualifications
- 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2 years of experience in telecommunications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proven ability to meet productivity and quality standards while managing home-based challenges
