Job Summary

Managing customer orders from onboarding through installation, the full-time Remote Scheduling Coordinator will engage in consistent communication with customers and internal teams while ensuring timely service delivery in a detail-oriented and organized manner.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and installation of customer orders
  • Maintain consistent inbound and outbound communication via phone, SMS, and email
  • Utilize multiple systems to track and manage order workflows and collaborate with internal teams and contractors
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proven ability to meet productivity and quality standards while managing home-based challenges
