Job Summary

Managing customer orders from onboarding to installation, the full-time Remote Scheduling Coordinator will engage in consistent communication with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely service delivery while working independently in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding and scheduling of customer orders, ensuring completion and installation
  • Maintain consistent inbound and outbound communication with customers via phone, SMS, and email regarding scheduling updates
  • Utilize multiple systems to track orders and collaborate with internal departments and contractors to ensure smooth order flow
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of customer service or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2 years of experience in telecommunications
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Ability to meet productivity expectations while managing potential distractions in a remote work environment
