Job Summary
An IT and staffing company has an open position for a Remote Scheduling Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Strategically plan & schedule non-prime programming that will drive company total day ratings
- Track competitive schedule and alert management of notable trends
- Create, update, maintain and distribute weekly episodic schedules in Excel/Sheets and Discovery systems ensuring all programming data is current and accurate
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Accomplished computer skills, especially with Excel, Google Docs and Google Slides
- Must love TV
- Minimum 1-2 years' work experience, preferably in the television field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks and to work independently as well as with supervised direction
- Ability to manage a large and ever-changing workload with grace and efficiency is a must, as well as a continuing sense of urgency
