Job Summary

A leading insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Scheduling Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointment and necessary documentation
  • Establish customer contact, provides information on nature of the phone call
  • Provide confirmation to consultant for the appointment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 years of outbound call handling required
  • High School Education or equivalent required
  • Strong communication and problem resolution skills required
  • Experience with call center or providing telephone customer service required
  • Microsoft Office and data entry experience required
  • Experience with outbound calling and/or scheduling appointments
