Job Summary
A leading insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Scheduling Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Schedule appointment and necessary documentation
- Establish customer contact, provides information on nature of the phone call
- Provide confirmation to consultant for the appointment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2 years of outbound call handling required
- High School Education or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem resolution skills required
- Experience with call center or providing telephone customer service required
- Microsoft Office and data entry experience required
- Experience with outbound calling and/or scheduling appointments
