Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Scheduling Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Work closely with Risk Managers to set efficient travel
  • Ensure that each Member understands the Consultation process and the unique value it provides
  • Use each interaction to help Members develop an understanding the tangible benefits of Membership

Position Requirements Include:

  • You have previous experience and enthusiasm in a service-based role
  • You demonstrate integrity, empathy, urgency, and can quickly establish trust and credibility
  • You have great listening and communication skills through both phone and email
  • You can work independently but thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, exhibiting team spirit and enthusiasm
  • You are detail oriented and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
