Job Summary
A retail health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Scheduling Resource Planning Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Supervise all scheduling results
- Build staffing requirements and generate work schedules
- Assist on managing yearly, monthly, daily, and intra-daily workforce requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years’ experience of call center management
- 3+ years' experience of Workforce Management experience
- 1+ years’ experience of NICE/IEX Workforce Management Tools
