Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Scheduling Services Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with lenders, borrowers, signing services and attorney services to schedule loan closings per lender request
• Completing all order status events within ResWare as required to properly track the scheduling process
• Ensuring all closings from prior day are confirmed closed and properly statuses in ResWare

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma
• Previous customer service experience in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
