Job Summary

A non-profit healthcare system has an open position for a Remote Scheduling Services Specialist I.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Complete all appointment scheduling, cancellation & confirmation requests by matching patient preferences with scheduling guidelines
Coordinate & complete accurate basic registration, demographic & insurance information to ensure timely & accurate payment
Provide one-call resolution whenever possible

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)- (Required)
Minimum of 1 year-Related work experience (Required)
Communication Skills, Computer Skills, Customer Service Skills
