Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs and assist members with scheduling and inquiries
• Conduct outreach and manage member communication preferences for care access
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and connect them to appropriate programs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO
• High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting or managing provider schedules preferred
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish or other languages preferred
• Must be available for full-time work, including overtime during enrollment periods
