Job Summary
Providing essential outreach and support, the full-time Remote Scheduling Specialist will assist eligible members in navigating healthcare programs and scheduling appointments, ensuring they receive the care they need while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical programs, guiding members through scheduling and eligibility
- Conduct member outreach and manage inbound calls, accommodating communication preferences
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance the member experience and facilitate access to services
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience in Medicare Advantage or HMO settings
- High School Diploma or GED required; college courses preferred
- Strong computer skills with a typing speed of 40+ words per minute
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain constructive relationships with diverse members
- Availability to work full-time and overtime during peak enrollment periods
