Remote Scheduling Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Scheduling/Telecommunications (Remote) - Neurology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the general maintenance of the Master Schedules in the IDX System
• Handle incoming calls to centralized appointment scheduling lines and communicate changes to physician schedules
• Monitor ACD reports daily and assist with front desk duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• 2 years of experience in computerized appointment scheduling
• 1 year of managerial experience
• No specific certifications or professional licenses required
• A driver's license is not required for this position
