Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote-Scheduling Specialist Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Specialists in a high-volume outbound contact center
  • Drive daily production to meet scheduling targets and ensure appointment attendance
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of call center experience in a compliance-driven industry
  • Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Experience managing outbound performance metrics and motivating teams
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
  • Experience with ACD systems, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools preferred
