Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote-Scheduling Specialist Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Specialists in a high-volume outbound contact center
- Drive daily production to meet scheduling targets and ensure appointment attendance
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to enhance team effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of call center experience in a compliance-driven industry
- Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Experience managing outbound performance metrics and motivating teams
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Experience with ACD systems, CRM platforms, and scheduling tools preferred
