An online education company has a current position open for an Remote School Counselor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Advising students and families on academics and career planning
- Keeping abreast of all high school graduation requirements
- Helping families access school and community resources
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Certification in School Counseling in any state
- Strong technology skills especially with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to oversee and maintain a Personal Learning Plan (PLP) for each student
- Understanding of the requirements for PSAT, SAT, ACT, and AP exams
- Ability to assist with student preparation of applications for college and jobs
