An education-focused data analytics company has an open position for a Remote School District Software Community Partner Client Success Manager.

  • Managing a portfolio of 50-70 clients that use company products
  • Onboaringd new clients and provide Product Education resources
  • Communicating with clients via phone calls and email

Qualifications for this position include:

  • experience with customer management and client relations
  • Able to handle for a high volume of clients or stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional support teams
  • Experience learning new tools and troubleshooting technical issues
  • experience using Excel formulas and analyzing data
  • Ability to translate data into insights and action
