An education-focused data analytics company has an open position for a Remote School District Software Community Partner Client Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of 50-70 clients that use company products
- Onboaringd new clients and provide Product Education resources
- Communicating with clients via phone calls and email
Qualifications for this position include:
- experience with customer management and client relations
- Able to handle for a high volume of clients or stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with cross functional support teams
- Experience learning new tools and troubleshooting technical issues
- experience using Excel formulas and analyzing data
- Ability to translate data into insights and action
