Job Summary

A staffing firm is filling a position for a Remote School Occupational Therapist in Flagstaff.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Deliver direct therapy
• Conduct virtual assessments
• Work on IEPs and meeting with parents and staff about IEP goals and progress

Qualifications for this position include:

• AZ OT license
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• A minimum of two years of school-based experience
• Ability to develop and implement individualized educational plans and instructional programs
• Ability to educate appropriate parties of the student’s progress
• Ability to handle student assessments and evaluations
