Job Summary
A higher education institute is filling a position for a Remote School of Social Work Field Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting students and agency instructors
- Meeting with the student and agency instructor to review and approve learning contract at the onset of practicum
- Assisting the Field Director/Coordinator with selection and evaluation of practicum sites as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ensuring a minimum of two face to face visits and one phone contact per semester
- Current Social Work License
- (2) years post-MSW social work experience
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of field practicum policies and procedures
- Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience
