Job Summary

A single-specialty healthcare management company has a current position open for a Remote School Partnership Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing candidate follow up and sourcing activities such as candidate nurturing
  • Cold calling of new talent and perspective candidates
  • Coordinating aspects of the school partnership recruiting process

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and in navigating competing priorities
  • High level of detail and accuracy
  • At least 2 years’ related experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or HR Professional
  • Must be comfortable with lead follow up and cold calling
  • Time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent priority projects is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
