Job Summary
A single-specialty healthcare management company has a current position open for a Remote School Partnership Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing candidate follow up and sourcing activities such as candidate nurturing
- Cold calling of new talent and perspective candidates
- Coordinating aspects of the school partnership recruiting process
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively and in navigating competing priorities
- High level of detail and accuracy
- At least 2 years’ related experience as a recruiter, sourcer, or HR Professional
- Must be comfortable with lead follow up and cold calling
- Time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent priority projects is essential
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
