Job Summary
A global network of Montessori schools is in need of a Remote School Regional Manager Executive Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning the outcomes and success of a group of neighborhood Montessori schools
- Being a liaison between central departments and schools, leading Heads of Schools
- Cultivating flourishing school communities where children, parents, and staff are happy and successful
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years in a leadership role (Director or above) at the early childhood and/or elementary level OR 3+ years as a regional manager for an educational program
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
- Experience using data to drive business outcomes
- Ability to meet profitability targets and enrollment goals
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and dive into the gnarliest challenges
