Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote School Success Coach.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring customer usage data sources to determine where action is needed
- Consulting with customers to match their needs and goals to program features and benefits
- Anticipating customer needs based on time of year and level of implementation
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor Degree required
- 3-4 years Experience in supporting customers or students in the adoption of a new initiative, program, etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excels in overall knowledge of both internal systems, reporting and external facing products
