Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote School Success Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting our school success managers in implementing and supporting clients
- Communicating regularly with teachers, librarians, and administrators to drive use and engagement
- Providing administrative support by managing school records, preparing launch materials, and product documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Proven history of high achievement Highest level of professionalism and integrity
- Demonstrated energy around and passion for delighting customers, eager to exceed their goals and expectations
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
