Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote School Support Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a leadership coach for school leaders
- Designing and leading professional development sessions for school leaders and teachers
- Analyzing student data and using research-based practices to create individualized strategies
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior experience managing or coaching other adults and know how to develop and motivate others to drive results, while balancing humility and assertiveness
- Proven track record of results as a teacher and/or instructional leader and experience with standards-based education and using data to drive instruction
- Excellent communication skills and are able to read and respond to unspoken and implicit cues
- A compelling presenter and facilitator who can explain complex problems and solutions in clear, concise and engaging ways
