Job Summary
An online education company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote School Support Services Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring upcoming start date enrollments and ensure they are enrolled in a timely manner
- Answering family questions about the enrollment process and educate families on the procedure
- Updating suggested teachers on requested courses as needed when there are transfers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in a project management role; or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to learn the internal functions and coding set-up of the Student Information System and speak to system processes
- Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to sort through and analyze information from internal databases
- Detail oriented; extremely organized and meticulous
