Job Summary

A global science and technology manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Science and Technology Manufacturing Customer Solution Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Facilitating the initial team evaluation of all customer service requests
  • Implementing assigned service requests in a way that provides a first-class customer experience
  • Leading team meetings to discuss new learnings and troubleshoot current cases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
  • 3+ years experience supporting SaaS solutions in a support or business analyst role
  • Experience and exposure in implementing or supporting business process or asset management technology solutions
  • History of working in a customer facing role
  • Has an understanding of client side scripting and JavaScript
