Job Summary
A full-service, privately-held staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Scientific Meeting Facilitator in Rahway.
Must be able to:
- Support the execution and management of Investigator Meetings
- Work closely with GCTO Meeting Managers to support all activities associated with the conduct and execution of IMs
- Collaborate with external vendors
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required with a concentration in a scientific-related discipline strongly preferred
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Understanding and knowledge of Clinical Research and Development
- Familiarity with the planning and execution of Investigator Meetings (IMs)
- Knowledge of industry guidelines and corporate policies that govern the meetings and travel space
