Job Summary

An online retailer is filling a position for a Remote Screening Services Senior Program Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Explore new and existing spaces to understand current state and identify creative solutions
• Design and implement new or modified processes to meet short-term and long-term needs related to Screening programs
• Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and senior business leaders

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated experience with hiring and/or recruiting tech systems
