Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Screening Specialist in Milwaukee County.
Must be able to:
- Note any change in condition screens using the Adult LTC-FS tool
- Complete annual rescreens
- Provide data reports and summaries as needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain adequate auto insurance for job-related travel
- Complete the Adult Long Term Care Functional Screen (LTC-FS) for IRIS participants
- Bachelors degree in a health or human services or related field
- Must pass the Wisconsin Adult Long-term Care Functional Screen certification modules
- Demonstrated computer and software skills required
