Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Scrum Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a scum master and partner with teams to deliver work across GTM, legal, and technology roadmaps
- Partnering across groups and functions to drive agile adoption, scale, and continuous improvement for IT
- Exercising independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of agile delivery/coaching
- Experience delivering solutions in SaaS ecosystem
- 8+ years of project/program management experience
- Experience driving adoption and maturation of work management systems
- Intellectually curious with a desire to learn and willing to challenge conventional IT thinking
- Strong understanding of IT financial planning and budget management
