Job Summary
A financial insitution is seeking a Remote Scrum Master 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring proper transparency and visibility into dependencies and risks
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Serving as the Scrum Master for multiple development teams
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects
- 4+ years of experience working directly with product designers
- Minimum of 4 years of Agile delivery experience
- 7+ years of overall delivery experience in Technology
- Experience in SaaS, SMB based businesses, payments and mobile companies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
