Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and coach team members on Agile principles
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity on user stories
• Monitor team performance metrics and foster communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps for agile project management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred
