Remote Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead and support software development teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove roadblocks to enhance team productivity
• Manage Azure DevOps boards and advocate for automation to improve efficiency
• Coordinate project planning and communication between stakeholders and team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1 year in an Associate level role
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
• Prior experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies in enterprise-level projects
• Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management
