Remote Scrum Master
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scrum Master with experience in the broker-dealer and wealth management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Remove blockers and proactively manage risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Hands-on experience in the Broker-Dealer and/or Wealth Management domains
- Proven ability to lead Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile maturity
- Strong experience working with Product Owners and engineering teams
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a plus
