Job Summary

Remote Scrum Master, is a full-time position responsible for coordinating the scrum process, serving as a liaison between teams, and ensuring project objectives are met while maintaining the product backlog and facilitating team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the scrum process from initiation through delivery
• Act as a liaison between the product owner, development team, and management
• Facilitate meetings and remove impediments to achieve the team's sprint goals

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience with a degree or 3 years without a degree
• Experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree or Certification
• No specific certification or licensure requirements
