Remote Scrum Master

Job Summary

Supporting Agile delivery teams on a large federal government project, the full-time Remote Scrum Master will manage Agile ceremonies, facilitate team collaboration, and drive process improvements while ensuring successful program delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Identify and remove blockers to maintain team productivity and delivery momentum
• Promote Agile and SAFe best practices while advising on process standardization and delivery execution

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum leadership
• Strong experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery methodologies
• Proven experience supporting large-scale software development and data management initiatives
• Experience using Agile and project management tools such as Jira or GitHub
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government clearance
