Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Be a Scrum Master for multiple related scrum teams
  • Facilitate the ceremonies for planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Help organize and lead the backlog grooming sessions and be able to conduct remedial training

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field - equivalent education and/or experience may be considered
  • 3+ years working as a Scrum Master
  • A quiet, private, distraction-free home office work environment
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection (cable, DSL or fiber) with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
