Remote Scrum Master

Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Scrum Master.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Facilitating the daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings for multiple scrum teams
• Coaching others in agile practices
• Providing status reports on the team’s progress, removes bottlenecks, mitigates risk to ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications Include:

• BS - Bachelor of Science
• 3+ years’ experience as a scrum master
• Deep knowledge of agile methodology but ability to adapt to the team’s needs
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and how agile can be used in a data warehouse environment
• Azure DevOps experience
• Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and understanding of software development life cycle
